Young, small, and tenacious B2B marketing tech company looking for a business operations hotshot to help us move from a marketing agency to a marketing tech SaaS company, based out of Cape Town. We punch aggressively above our weight, and have been consolidating the pieces of our agency’s “value proposition” into a beautiful product offering. It’s an adventure!

How you’ll be co-creating:
You’ll be the person keeping the team, tools & assets delivering. You’ll be the person who keeps customer success on point; and sales bringing in deals. You’ll be operating the floor and moving us forward with what we have. Execution is the name of the game here. Can you visualize & deliver?
This role calls for someone who “gets” BUSINESS & operations, a deliverer under all conditions who's a dreamer with rollout powers. Someone who doesn't understand "the dog ate my homework". skills and attributes would include:
- ±3-5 years of work experience in business operations.
- Strong handle of structures, operations, customer success & process/project management.
- Deep interest in business.

- Great with people & understanding of needs (ie: good and reading between lines – and at understanding what needs to be done).
